2023 – AI-Powered Sales Evolution
During 2023, Scott began a comprehensive research project on AI-enabled adult education at Harvard University. This research was focused on understanding how AI could be easily integrated into online courses to reinforce adult learning. Scott's key innovation was to develop a system for allowing sales professionals to practice, learn, and receive real-time feedback from AI simulations. While initially intended for use in financial services, this broad-based approach was applicable across many different disciplines and industries.

2024 – Initial Success
As a periodic guest speaker at Babson College, Scott was able to utilize AI in a 'live' sales class throughout an entire semester. This experiential class combined sales theory with real-world experience with companies.
The course was designed to better prepare students for long-term career success in a competitive job market by teaching sales & AI skills combined with weekly coaching from corporate sponsors.
Feedback on the course was very positive, and many students attributed their interviewing and job search success to sales concepts learned in the class.

2025 – The Future of Selling
Based on his experience as a Guest lecturer in a Babson College sales course, Scott was able to create a new online-only sales course designed for financial services.
This course is named “AI-enabled Selling For Financial Services Professionals.”
This course was designed to help students rapidly build their sales, persuasion, and communication skills using active AI collaboration, emphasizing AI prompting, simulation, and role play.
